Versatility, perseverance, and diligence describe Amos well as he simultaneously pursues sports broadcasting, a Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa, and a classical piano career.

In addition to being a 3L student, Amos is a sports announcer for sports such as swimming, hockey, basketball, soccer, volleyball, rugby, and lacrosse at the university and national levels. Amos was the announcer of the 2016 NBA All-Star Challenge in Ottawa, the 2017 Canadian Junior Swimming Championships on CBC Sports, the 2018 U Sports Swimming Championships, and the 2020 Capital Hoops Classic on TSN. Amos has also worked alongside Lee Versage, Brittany MacLean, Quincy “Q-Mack” Mack, and Antonio Davis.

Before law school, Amos completed a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Law at Carleton University, where he graduated with High Distinction (in the top 3% of his class) and was awarded a Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement.

As a classical pianist, Amos began piano lessons with his mother at age 3. Later on, Amos would become a finalist at the Canadian Music Competition at age 16. Amos also trained for the Canadian Chopin Competition under New England Conservatory Artist Diploma alumnus Wang Yang and has performed both solo and ensemble concerts, including the 2011 Rising Stars Gala and the 2012 Young Winners Gala with the Chinese Artists Society of Toronto.

Amos also a voice-over artist.  He is fluent in Cantonese Chinese, and can also speak some French and Mandarin Chinese.
