In this final episode of the three-part On Health series, we discuss mental fitness and the practice of meditation. Our subject matter expert, Judy Steed, is an award-winning journalist (The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star), the recipient of four National Newspaper Award citations for feature writing, the author of five books, and the recipient of the Atkinson Fellowship in Public Policy.
